q333 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "q333" / "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at q333.buzz and all subdomains thereof.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" refers to any natural person who registers an account on q333 and uses any service provided by the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual account created by a Player upon successful registration on q333.buzz.
• "PKR Wallet" refers to the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within a Player's q333 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account by q333, distinct from the Player's real-money deposited balance.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any stake placed by a Player on any casino game, sports betting market, or other wagering product available on q333.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the turnover condition a Player must satisfy before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity and verification procedures applied by q333 in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• "Services" refers collectively to all casino games, sports betting, slot games, live dealer games, wheel games, fishing games, promotional offers, and account management tools provided by q333.

In addition to the age requirement, eligibility to register and maintain a q333 Account is subject to the following conditions:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by q333 or a third-party responsible gaming authority.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Each Account must be registered and operated solely by the individual whose details are provided at registration.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of q333 or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or service providers.
• You confirm that the use of online gaming platforms for real-money wagering in your jurisdiction is your personal responsibility and that you have assessed the applicable legal framework in your location.

q333 reserves the right to perform identity and age verification checks at the time of registration, upon first withdrawal request, and at any subsequent point deemed necessary. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in suspension or termination of your Account and withholding of funds pending resolution of the verification process.

Each Player may register only one (1) Account on q333. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — regardless of the registration details used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of Account registration. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any payment method details. q333 reserves the right to suspend any Account where inaccurate or misleading registration information is discovered.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. Any activity conducted via your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact q333's support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

q333 applies a tiered KYC verification process. Basic account access is available upon registration. Full withdrawal capabilities, particularly for amounts above defined PKR thresholds, require submission and approval of identity verification documents. Accepted documents include government-issued national identity cards (CNIC), passports, and proof of payment method ownership. q333 is under no obligation to process withdrawal requests until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

q333 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and supported cryptocurrency networks. q333 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Processing times for withdrawals are subject to the payment method used and the completion of applicable KYC verification.

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the PKR Wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation.
• Deposits via bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations, typically within 15 to 30 minutes.
• q333 reserves the right to apply deposit limits to any Account at its discretion.
• Only payment methods registered in the Player's own name may be used for deposits. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed by q333's payments team within the timeframes published on the cashier page.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• q333 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including verification of payment method ownership and source of funds declarations.
• Winnings arising from wagers placed with Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• q333 reserves the right to split large withdrawal requests into multiple transactions processed over consecutive business days.

q333 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and other incentive schemes to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions offered by q333 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the following general provisions.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified in the promotion-specific terms. Wagers placed on games excluded from Wagering Requirement contribution do not count toward satisfaction of the requirement.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

q333 maintains zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion between Players to meet wagering requirements, using low-risk or hedge-betting strategies designed to circumvent the intent of a promotion, and any other conduct determined by q333 to be exploitative of promotional terms. q333 reserves the right to void any bonus, associated winnings, and deposits at its sole discretion where bonus abuse is identified.

5.3 Expiry

Bonus Funds not utilised within the promotional validity period specified at the time of crediting will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Account without notice or compensation.

q333 operates all casino games, slot titles, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, wheel games, and fishing games in accordance with the following principles of fair play:

• All random outcomes in q333's RNG-based games are generated by certified, independently audited random number generators. Published RTP percentages are verified by third-party testing laboratories and reflect long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed per-session outcomes.
• Live dealer games are operated by licensed studios using regulated equipment and monitored dealing procedures. Live game outcomes are determined by the physical results of the dealing or spinning action and are not subject to any algorithmic manipulation by q333.
• Sports betting odds are set by q333 at its discretion. q333 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds at any time and to void bets placed at erroneously published prices.
• q333 reserves the right to void any bet, game result, or payout where it has reasonable grounds to suspect technical error, game malfunction, collusion, fraud, or any other irregularity.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during any game or bet, q333's records and server logs shall constitute the definitive record of the game state and any decisions taken in response to the malfunction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on q333 and will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Registration or use of an Account by any person under 21 years of age.
• Registration of more than one Account per individual Player.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with games.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Any form of cheating, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Use of q333's payment infrastructure for money laundering, tax evasion, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to the registered Account holder.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving gaming value.
• Any conduct that q333 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity, reputation, or operations of the Platform.

All content on q333.buzz — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, user interface elements, text, audio, video, and the q333 brand name and associated trademarks — is the proprietary property of q333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the q333 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from q333.buzz.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from q333's software.
• Create derivative works based on q333's content or game titles.
• Use q333's trademarks, logos, or brand materials without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of q333's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of Account access and may give rise to legal action.

q333's collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the q333 Privacy Policy, available at q333.buzz/privacy-policy. By registering an Account on q333, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, q333 collects personal data necessary for: Account registration and management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support. q333 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who operate under binding data protection agreements with q333, and with regulatory authorities where required by applicable law.

q333 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming among all Players on its platform. q333 recognises that a small proportion of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours and has implemented a suite of responsible gaming tools to assist players in maintaining control over their gaming activity.

10.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and can only be increased after a cooling-off period determined by q333.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum play session durations. q333 will notify the Player when the limit is reached and may automatically log the Player out.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications displayed at configurable intervals showing time elapsed and net session result.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account access restrictions of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which deposits and game access are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or long-term exclude themselves from q333's Services may request self-exclusion via the Account settings or by contacting the q333 support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed within the stated exclusion period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, q333 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use q333's Services.

q333's Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. q333 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, the accuracy of game outcomes, or the availability of any particular game or betting market.

In no event shall q333's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of q333's Services exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their q333 Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit q333's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

q333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player's Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Discovery that the Player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, cheating, collusion, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a Player's self-exclusion request.
• Regulatory or legal obligation to do so.

Where an Account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, q333 may, in its sole discretion, forfeit any or all funds held in the Account's PKR Wallet. Where an Account is closed for any reason other than a breach, q333 will return the Player's verified real-money balance net of any outstanding wagering obligations, subject to completion of applicable withdrawal procedures.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting q333's support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within three (3) business days.

q333 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, q333 will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or by displaying a prominent notice on q333.buzz, providing at least seven (7) calendar days' notice before the updated Terms take effect.

Your continued use of q333's Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using q333's Services and request Account closure prior to the amendment's effective date.

The current version of these Terms is always accessible at q333.buzz/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which q333 holds its online gaming operating licence.

14.1 Dispute Resolution Procedure

In the event of any dispute between a Player and q333, the following escalation procedure applies:

1. Step 1 — Direct Resolution: The Player must first contact q333's customer support team via 24/7 live chat or by email at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. q333 will acknowledge the dispute within 48 hours and aim to reach a resolution within five (5) business days.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the dispute is not resolved at Step 1 to the Player's satisfaction, the Player may submit a formal written complaint to q333's compliance team via email. q333 will issue a final written position within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the formal complaint.
3. Step 3 — External Adjudication: If the dispute remains unresolved following the formal complaint process, the Player may refer the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body or regulatory authority specified under q333's operating licence. q333 agrees to participate in good faith in any such adjudication process.
